Driver Information

Have questions about your Samsara, scanning bills, fuel stops, etc.? Here's some helpful info!

If you still have questions or need assistance, please feel free to give us call.

1

Logging In To Your Samsara

Your Samsara ID should be your driver code given in orientation.

Your Samsara password should be the last 4 digits of your drivers license

OR your entire drivers license number.

2

Scanning Your Bills

After every load, it is HIGHLY important to scan in a signed copy of your bills, even if you are returning a physical copy to your box or the basket. Mark should have given you a packet showing how to scan your bills with Samsara during oreintation. If you have questions, please call in and ask!

  • Write your load number on the bills you are scanning in.

  • Make sure you get your bills signed upon pick-up and delivery.

  • Scan in your bills into the load. If you are coming by the yard, place all delivered load bills in the basket in the driver's lounge as well.

If you have other paperwork (scale tickets, receipts, tickets, etc.), please scan these in as well.

3

Finding Your Pick-up and Delivery Number

Most all loads require a pick-up and delivery number for verification. To find these numbers, click on the shipper and consignee button in your routes

(it does not look clickable, but it is!). Your Samsara will then provide you with the numbers you will need.

If you cannot find either of these numbers, please call in to dispatch.

4

Getting Your Lumper Paid

If your delivery requires a lumper, please send the payment link provided to (931) 244-1199. Please include your truck number AND your load number. Dispatch will pay your lumper, and you will be given a receipt by the receiver. If it is not paid within 15 minutes, please call in to dispatch. It is IMPERATIVE that you scan this receipt into your load and/or send it to (931) 244-1199 with your truck and load number.

If the receiver is asking you to pay a different way, or if they do not provide you with a receipt, please call in to dispatch.

5

Avoiding Toll Roads

We try to avoid toll roads at all costs. If you come across one, PLEASE

call dispatch. You must have approval before taking any toll road. If you take a toll road without authorization, you will be expected to cover the expense.
